Can I return items?

We don’t offer returns, however you can exchange items that meet the criteria below.

What items can I exchange?

Items that were purchased within the last 7 days,
with a receipt!

Items must be unworn, unwashed since purchase, and have the Apocalypse tag still attached.

What items cannot be exchanged?

Marked-down or sale items, costumes, holiday sweaters, tights, intimates, socks, and pasties. 

Items with no receipt, no Apocalypse tag, not purchased within the last 7 days.

How do exchanges work?

We will look up your purchase, and offer you an Apocalypse gift card for the amount of the purchased item, plus any applicable taxes. If you purchased the item entirely with trade, you’ll receive an Apocalypse trade card containing store credit with no taxes.
